Delight is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children, young people and vulnerable adults. We recognise the responsibility to take all reasonable steps to promote safe practice and to protect our staff, the children we work with and our arts partners from harm, abuse and exploitation. Delight acknowledges our duty to act appropriately and our Safeguarding Policy sets out how we do this.
